Creation of RDTS (Merchandising & Sales)
In 1994 Robert Di Tomasso founded RDTS where he established and sustained growth year over year in the Canadian merchandising sector.

RDTS becomes the 1st ISO 9001 (2008) certified service provider
In 2008, RDTS rolled out the ISO 9001/2008 standard and recently the ISO9001 / 2015 standard was confirmed.
launch of the first IMAGINE program in Canada
January 2009, the first IMAGINE © program was launched in Canada with the Rona Group and all of its banners. Right away, this program is a success. It still operates internally today under the name MST.
In 2012, RDTS expanded their horizons of this innovative concept into the European market where a partnership was developed with CPM International to launch IMAGINE © at Bricomarché in France.
Diversification and Development
RDTS reached its peak in 2014 with nearly 900 employees across Canada and is one of the largest merchandising companies within Canada and is recognized with numerous plaques and awards of distinction.
2015 marks a turning point in the development strategy and positioning of RDTS. The appointment of two new Associate Vice-Presidents in the Management team: Olivier Picard in Business Development and Jean-François Rocheleau in Finance.
Launch of the 1st IMAGINE concept in pharmacy
While remaining very active in hardware, RDTS had diversified and launched into other industries such as Pharmacy, Automotive, and Food.
POPAI 2017 AWARD distinction in France for the IMAGINE best merchandising concept
In 2017, RDTS branched out the IMAGINE © program into the pharmacy section with McKesson / Uniprix Group.
New digital platform for our field teams
In 2018, RDTS continues to innovate with the desire to improve, by investing in the operational digital communication platform YOOBIC.
YOOBIC has become a key collaborator with the successful growth at RDTS and pivotal moment in our customer approach all thanks to this contribution of business intelligence.
Launch of IMAGINE at BMR 2020
January 2020 sees the relaunch of a new IMAGINE © program at Groupe BMR across Quebec.

2021 heralds the return to growth; a new remodeled website and introduction of our E-Learning and E-Boost platforms. While we continue to grow with new clients in the Canadian market, we stand increasingly strong with our European footprint and international agreements with CPM International, Alliance ARENA, and more.

Robert Di Tomasso founded RDTS in 1994, and is the creator of the Imagine © program, well acclaim unique merchandising concept dedicated to banners and currently implemented in Canada and in Europe.
During a career that span three decades of experience in the retail industry, Robert was acclaimed by numerous honors and awards on the Canadian business scene.
A great visionary, his success is directly linked to his strong entrepreneurial philosophy based on success and teamwork, while giving priority to final customer satisfaction.
First in Europe, then in Canada, Olivier has more than three decades of experience in the retail industry.
He managed the largest division within the leading European marketing services group, CPM International, before joining RDTS in 2014, where he became an invaluable and key strategic actor in the new RDTS
His career has enabled him to acquire broad in-depth strategic skills with the most notable international brands while building strong international relationships in Retail.
Jean-François has more than three decades of experience as financial director in private companies.
Member of the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Order since 1996 and bachelor of the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal
Over the years, he has been able to advise business owners through financial strategies in succeeding uneven business life cycles. Since he joined RDTS, he has used his expertise, through data analysis and strategic vision to keep RDTS on the right side of change.
Jean-Francois joined RDTS in July 2015 following a downswing period where he was able to restructure the financial to bring back sustainability and profits since.

Alliance is to develop and enable synergies for the procurement of Imported products to its Members worldwide, and to distribute the benefits via its Import division, A.R.E.N.A. has developed the most economical solutions enabling its Partners to purchase from suppliers worldwide, proposing optimised sourcing methodology and stringent conditions regarding quality requirements.
